This notice explains how the Axenor website handles information submitted through its demo-request form. The mobile application has a separate privacy policy.

What the form collects

When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company, fleet-size range, telematics provider, and any message you choose to send. Please do not include driver records or sensitive personal information in your message.

How the information is used

We use your submission to respond to your inquiry and discuss Axenor’s suitability for your fleet. Requests are stored in Amazon Web Services and a notification is sent to Axenor’s sales inbox. Submitting a demo request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Security and retention

The form sends information over HTTPS. Website request records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; database expiry can take additional time to complete. Correspondence in our sales inbox is managed separately. A one-way representation of your IP address is used for short-lived abuse prevention; it is scheduled to expire after one day. Operational logs are retained for 14 days and are not intended to contain form contents.

Other services

This page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the browser request information needed to deliver those files. App-store links and the app privacy policy open separate services. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Questions or deletion requests
