Who pays the driver bonuses?
Your trucking company determines and pays incentives. Axenor calculates and displays eligible earnings and provides an export for your team’s payment process. The app does not transfer money to drivers.
Do we need to replace our telematics?
Axenor connects to Samsara to use data your fleet already collects. We’ll review compatibility and data coverage before a pilot. Other integrations should be discussed with our team.
Can any driver download and use the app?
The app is available on iOS and Android, but using the fleet program requires an account linked to a participating trucking company.
Are AI-assisted interventions available today?
They are in development. The current product provides safety scores, goals, incentives, and driver progress tracking. Contact us to discuss the intervention roadmap.
How do we know whether it’s working?
Agree on a baseline, a pilot period, and the behaviors you want to change. Review driving measures and participation alongside incentive spend. Your fleet’s results will depend on its operating context and program.
How much does Axenor cost?
We’ll scope a proposal around your fleet and pilot requirements. We’ll discuss software fees separately from the driver incentive budget so both are clear before you begin.
